99ad Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and account holders of the 99ad platform, accessible at 99ad.io ("the Platform"). They apply to all games, features, promotions, payment transactions, and communications conducted through 99ad.

1.2 By registering an account, making a first deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation. Continued use of 99ad after any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation, the English language version shall take precedence in all interpretations.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open and operate a 99ad account. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. 99ad reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance held pending investigation under our responsible gaming policy.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered 99ad account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If 99ad identifies that a single individual holds more than one account, all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate account activity voided without compensation.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 99ad operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document, together with proof of your registered payment method (such as a bKash or Nagad account confirmation), before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal delays and possible account restriction.

2.5 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with 99ad. 99ad makes no representations or warranties regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that accessing the Platform is legal in your location.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99ad username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 99ad immediately by contacting [email protected]. 99ad will take reasonable steps to secure your account once notified, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.3 Account Updates. You must promptly update your account profile if any of your personal details change, including your residential address, mobile number, or linked payment method. Outdated information may delay KYC verification and withdrawal processing.

3.4 Account Currency. All 99ad accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 99ad accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. 99ad reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned where technically feasible. 99ad is not responsible for transfer fees charged by your payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are generally processed to bKash and Nagad within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 99ad reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Matched Payment Methods. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised fund diversion.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You must not deposit funds originating from a third-party payment source. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.6 Charges & Fees. 99ad does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. 99ad has no control over third-party fees and accepts no liability for them.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 99ad are subject to individual terms published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requires: a verified 99ad account, a deposit made within the promotional window (where applicable), and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to certain low-margin table games) may not contribute fully or at all to wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 99ad actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, exploiting technical errors or misconfigured bonus conditions, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided, and may face permanent suspension.

5.4 Promotional Changes. 99ad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited and accepted under the original terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ad platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not available to standard players;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, security systems, or random number generators;
• Colluding with other players or dealers in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors and failing to report them immediately to 99ad support;
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft;
• Registering an account using a false identity or impersonating another person;
• Depositing funds from a payment source not registered in your own name;
• Allowing any other person to access or operate your 99ad account on your behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the 99ad platform — including but not limited to the brand name 99ad, logos, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 99ad or its licensed game providers and partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 99ad intellectual property without prior written consent.

7.2 Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Their inclusion in the 99ad lobby is governed by separate licensing agreements between 99ad and those studios.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The 99ad platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 99ad makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ad shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform; (c) losses resulting from telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or device malfunctions beyond 99ad's reasonable control; (d) losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 99ad's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 99ad is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players. We require that all account holders be aged 21 or above and that all deposits and wagers are made with funds the player can genuinely afford to lose. Gambling must remain an entertainment activity, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and cannot be reactivated until the period expires (except for permanent exclusions, which are irreversible).

9.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 By 99ad. 99ad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: violation of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspicious payment activity; bonus abuse; collusion or cheating; or where required to do so under applicable legal obligations.

10.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided. Verified real-money balances (i.e., funds deposited but not resulting from exploited bonuses) will generally be returned to the registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation, unless the closure relates to criminal activity or fraud.

10.3 By the Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. 99ad will process the closure request within 5 business days of receiving it.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 99ad is governed by the 99ad Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering with 99ad, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 99ad uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 99ad reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published at 99ad.io/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 99ad will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws to the extent relevant to the operation of an online gaming and entertainment platform. The majority of account-related disputes are resolved through this informal channel without the need for escalation.

13.3 No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against 99ad.
